Career Counselling and Testing

I offer a complete professional career counselling and vocational testing service. I hold a Psychometrics Canada Ltd. Level C (Highest Level) qualification for psychometric testing and a Psychometrics website (https://richardadler.psychometrics.com) used for administering the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and other career tests. I have a great deal of experience in helping individuals to find out what interests them and to put those interests into action by collaboratively discovering the ideal academic program and career options for them. Furthermore, having practiced as a counsellor in schools for many years, I have a deep understanding of all levels and forms of education in Quebec.

The two main psychometric tests I use in career counselling are the Strong Interest Inventory and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Career Report).
